The Dodl series aims to bring mindfulness into children's day-to-day lives. Every book introduces a simple exercise to help them deal with all kinds of stressful situations and to have a positive impact on their overall well-being.

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully aware of where we are and what we’re doing without being overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
